How to Create a Free .tk Domain for Your Website

Everybody is familiar with .com domains, but there are fewer and fewer available. If you would like to have a simple to use domain, try a .tk domain.

1.      Go to http://www.dot.tk/

2.      Come up with a domain name and then search to see if it is available.

3.      Once you find a domain, decide if you want a free or paid domain, then select the appropriate option.

4.      Type in your existing website URL (i.e. www.whatever.com/net/whatever).

5.      Type your email address.

6.      Type the security code to prove you are not a bot.

7.      Create your password.

8.      Click login.

·         Make an easy to remember domain so that your visitors will return to your site.

·         You may have to receive a confirmation email from another account.

 

·         You must have at least 25 visitors to your site each month, or .tk will delete your domain.
